MAKING LOAN APPLICATION

Although we use the latest computerized technology in approving and processing loans we have found that people still prefer the "old fashioned" way of making the actual loan application. They prefer to sit down and talk to a real live person who can make them feel comfortable by explaining all the steps, ramifications and options. . .

which is just as well since a mortgage application and the subsequent loan processing is so much more detailed than a car or credit card application.

If your time does not permit a personal visit loan applications can also be taken over the phone, by fax or email.

Some of these files were created in Windoze instead of on my Mac and Windoze won't let me create the files without a password so if you download a file that requires a password that password is loan - all lower case

You may need to download a page or 2 of the following forms.

You will also need to download the governmental forms at the bottom of the page.

INSTRUCTIONS: Leave the first section of the loan app about the property & loan amounts blank, we will fill that in from the contract, title work and appraisal data.

Fill in the sections on address history, work history and income (unless you have an unusual income stream).

Leave blank the section on assets and credit. We will fill them in from data on your bank statements and credit report.

IMPORTANT! We will still need to send you a Good Faith Estimate and a Truth in Lending Statement. By law we must get this out to you within 3 days of the time you date the loan application or else we must start all over again. This means you need to either:

1) not date the app and we'll date it when we receive it OR
2) date it and don't dilly dally around - overnight the package back to us!

Do whichever way makes you feel the most comfortable.
